  • The design process does not begin until ALL correct information needed is submitted. 

    • When your design is complete, you will receive a proof via email within selected turnaround time. 
    • This proof will need to be approved by you [client].
    • If any revisions are needed on your proof, please submit them within 24 hours.
    • Once your proof is approved, revisions may be applied or you will be sent your final design.
    • At this stage all deliverables have been revised, approved & ready for send off! Our time together has come to an end until our next project.
    • Once your design is finalized, no further revisions can be made.
